Modha

Modha is the moniker of German production duo Dhanya Langer and Max Scholl. Split between Berlin and Dietz, the pair initially worked independently as live session musicians before embarking on the collaborative jazz and soul-infused hip- hop project. Following the success of their first EP’s lead single ‚Life’ (over 3 Million Streams), the duo went on to work separately, amassing production credits with JuJu Rogers, Sampa The Great, Mick Jenkins, Siimba Selassiie, K, Le Maestro and Douniah before returning to Modha. Working through conversations about their personal lives, Modha endeavoured on their upcoming debut album, 2023´s Through The Cycle; a collaborative multi-genre project featuring industry heavyweights Phabo and Noah Slee, alongside rising star Jermaine Peterson and newcomer okcandice.

Modha has released music on Kommerz, PLYGRND and Pinewax.
